Job Description: SEO Specialist (React Website + AI/ChatGPT SEO)

Position: SEO Specialist with AI Search Optimization content discoverable by AI-driven platforms (like ChatGPT, Bing AI, Siri, Google Assistant, etc.).

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who can optimize, manage, and grow the organic performance of our website, particularly React-based websites, and also improve visibility on emerging AI platforms such as ChatGPT, AI-powered search, and virtual assistants. The ideal candidate will combine technical SEO expertise, content strategy, and AI-focused optimization to enhance discoverability in both traditional and AI-driven search results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. SEO Strategy & Execution

  2. Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for traditional search engines and AI platforms.

  3. Conduct keyword research for web and AI search intents.
  4. Optimize on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, headers, structured data).

  5. Monitor competitor activities and AI-driven content trends to improve visibility.

  6. Technical SEO (React-Focused)

  7. Ensure React website is crawlable and indexable by search engines and AI systems.

  8. Optimize for JavaScript rendering, lazy loading, SSR ), and Core Web Vitals.
  9. Implement structured data, XML sitemaps, , and canonical tags.

  10. Identify and fix crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content.

  11. AI & ChatGPT Optimization

  12. Optimize website content to be discoverable by AI models and virtual assistants.

  13. Structure data and content in ways that AI platforms can easily parse and summarize.
  14. Collaborate with developers to implement schema markup, FAQs, and structured content for AI responses.

  15. Monitor AI mentions, knowledge graph inclusion, and visibility in AI-generated answers.

  16. Content Optimization

  17. Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly and AI-friendly content.

  18. Update existing pages to meet both search engine and AI indexing standards.

  19. Suggest new content ideas based on traditional and AI search trends.

  20. Monitoring & Reporting

  21. Track website performance on Google Search, Bing, and emerging AI platforms.

  22. Use tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and AI analytics tools.

  23. Provide regular reports on rankings, traffic, conversions, and AI visibility.

  24. Collaboration

  25. Work with developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure all projects meet SEO and AI standards.

  26. Provide guidance for new features or content to maximize AI discoverability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of React websites and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Knowledge of AI content optimization, structured data for ChatGPT, and AI search discovery.

Experience with:

  • On-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Keyword research, competitor analysis, and link building
  • Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
  • Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile optimization
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SSR ), pre-rendering, or dynamic rendering for SEO.
  • Experience in healthcare, beauty, or service-based websites will be added advantage.
  • Knowledge of AI search, knowledge graphs, and conversational AI content optimization.
  • Familiarity with schema markup / JSON-LD for AI-driven discovery.
