We are seeking an experienced Camp Boss to oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for all camp residents. This role involves managing staff, coordinating logistics, and maintaining high standards of camp facilities in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality setting within the UAE.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage camp operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Coordinate with catering, housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to maintain high standards.
Manage staff schedules, performance, and training to foster a productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to secure quality supplies and services.
Address and resolve camp residents' concerns promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate records related to camp operations, inventory, and staffing.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Camp Boss or similar managerial role in hospitality or related fields.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in camp or hospitality environments.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Experience working in the UAE or similar cultural environment preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
