Job Description
The Camp in charge is responsible for the overall management, supervision, and smooth operation of camp facilities, including accommodation, catering, housekeeping, maintenance, and staff welfare. The role ensures that the camp operates efficiently, maintains high standards of hygiene and safety, and provides a comfortable living environment for all the inmates.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day camp operations including accommodation, catering, cleaning, laundry, and facility maintenance.
Ensure proper allocation of rooms, furniture, and amenities for all the staff.
Monitor camp occupancy and maintain accurate records of all the employees.
Supervise and coordinate catering staff, cleaners, maintenance teams, and other camp service staff.
Communicate the job allocations to the employees.
Ensure meals served on time, maintaining quality, hygiene standards.
Ensure meals are prepared and served on time, maintaining quality, hygiene, and nutrition standards.
Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards across the camp.
Ensure employees complaints and requests are addressed promptly.
Liaise with HR department for employee arrivals, departures, and all welfare needs.
Allocating employees to their respective vehicles before leaving to the site.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2, AED2,500.00 per month
