We are seeking an energetic and results-driven
Telesales Executive
with previous experience in
UAE banking
, specifically in selling credit cards and retail banking products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a strong track record of meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell
    credit cards
    and other banking products.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the right product offerings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly
    sales targets
    as set by the management.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities.
  • Follow compliance guidelines, policies, and quality standards set by the bank.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on product features, benefits, pricing, and market competition.

Requirements

  • Mandatory:
    Minimum
    1–2 years of UAE banking experience
    , preferably in
    credit card telesales
    .
  • Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets consistently.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Tagalog is an advantage).
  • Good understanding of the UAE banking landscape, KYC, and compliance guidelines.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result oriented.
