Role Description

This full-time on-site role is located in Dubai. As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the consultancy branch, manage and lead a dynamic team, and ensure the achievement of business targets. You will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, build relationships with institutional partners, and deliver unparalleled support to clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with the leadership team to innovate and ensure the branch operates in alignment with Bright Minds' mission.

Qualifications

  • Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to oversee a team and achieve branch objectives.
  • Sales, business development, and target-driven abilities to identify growth opportunities and establish partnerships.
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience in education consultancy or related fields, with a solid understanding of the education sector.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and digital tools essential for business operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the international education landscape and multi-lingual skills are an advantage.
