Job Title: Site Engineer / Project Engineer

Site Location: Umm-Al-Thoub, Umm-Al-Quwain

Job Overview:

We are a growing construction company looking for a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer / Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects on-site from initiation to completion; ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and budget targets are consistently met. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven experience in the UAE construction sector who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and labour teams to achieve project milestones.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and client expectations.
  • Prepare, maintain, and submit timely progress reports to management.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues and on-site challenges promptly.
  • Monitor resources, materials, and equipment usage efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in the UAE construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and implement construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate subcontractors and site staff effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools/software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2, AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
