We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking
Commis Chef – Pizza
to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for pizza making and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing pizza dough, sauces, and toppings
• Support pizza station operations during service
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
• Assist senior chefs as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or kitchen assistant (pizza experience is an advantage)
• Basic knowledge of pizza preparation and baking techniques
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Immediate joiners preferred
