Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen to support our shawarma, pizza, and burger sections.
The ideal candidate must be active, cooperative, disciplined, and capable of multitasking, while also maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Shawarma Chef, Pizza Chef, and Burger Chef during preparation and service.
- Support in food prep (vegetable cutting, marination assistance, dough prep support, sauce preparation).
- Help in loading/unloading ovens, grills, and shawarma machines under chef supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, workstations, equipment, and utensils.
- Perform dishwashing and proper storage of clean utensils.
- Follow cleaning schedules for daily, weekly, and deep cleaning tasks.
- Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal.
- Support receiving, storing, and organizing raw materials.
- Follow all company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Cooperate fully with chefs and supervisors to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Be flexible to handle multiple sections when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a kitchen helper / commis in Restaurants or cloud kitchens, Shawarma, pizza, or burger kitchens preferred
- Basic understanding of Kitchen hygiene and food safety and Cleaning chemicals and safe usage
- Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and energetic.
- Willingness to follow instructions, SOPs, and kitchen systems.
