Leasing Assistant Executive
and play a key role in our leasing operations. We are seeking a proactive and organized professional who can streamline processes, coordinate effectively, and deliver exceptional service to our tenants. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in property management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-in, telephone, and email enquiries related to leasing.
  • Schedule appointments and assist prospective tenants throughout the leasing process.
  • Follow up with tenants regarding late payments and upcoming renewals.
  • Prepare and print Leasing Offers, Lease Agreements, and Lease Approval memos.
  • Collect payments, cheques, and signed agreements in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update tenant information and contract records in the system.
  • Prepare all documents required for tenant services.
  • Distribute relevant information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement document control procedures for all variations and updates.
  • Coordinate with the Finance and Accounts Department for payment-related matters.
  • Arrange tenancy renewals and maintain updated tenant files.
  • Support data entry and updates in the ERP system, Ejari, and other platforms.
  • Assist the Leasing Manager / Director with daily operational tasks.
  • Support the Leasing Section and Real Estate Department as required.
  • Assist in resolving tenant complaints and service-related issues.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree is essential.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience especialy in rtail or commercial leasing.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications.
  • Basic understanding of retail property leasing practices is an advantage.
  • Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is preferred
