We are seeking a talented Design Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural designs that meet client specifications while adhering to regulatory requirements. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into comprehensive plans and models.

Responsibilities

  • Develop design proposals, sketches, 3D models, renders, and technical documentation
  • Manage projects from concept through schematic stage
  • Create schematic architectural drawings, including floor plans and elevations
  • Communicate with clients to understand requirements and deliver design solutions
  • Coordinate with structural and MEP engineers to ensure integrated technical solutions
  • Produce high-quality renders and visual presentations for client review
  • Integrate AI tools to optimize design workflows, enhance visualization, and improve productivity
  • Work with project coordinators to track client feedback and follow up
  • Report to the Senior architect and revise designs based on feedback
  • Collaborate with detailed design architects and interior designers to resolve issues and align project vision
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned within the architectural scope

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • +4 years of UAE experience in architectural design.
  • Proficiency in design software such as 3d Max, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a passion for quality design
