Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect / Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a creative approach to developing high-quality architectural and interior design projects from concept through completion. You will play a pivotal role in leading design projects, collaborating with clients, and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural and interior design projects, ensuring innovative and functional design solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive design plans and drawings, effectively translating client requirements into spatial designs.
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of design intent.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of design visions.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design is required.
  • At least 7 years of experience in architectural and interior design, with a proven track record of managing full-cycle design projects.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the UAE.
  • Present a strong portfolio of residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
  • Must be proficient in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Must excel in communication and presentation skills.
