Job Title: Operations Coordinator – Marine (Fujairah)

Department: Marine Operations

Location: Fujairah, UAE

Job Purpose:

To manage, coordinate, and support all marine operational activities in Fujairah, ensuring smooth vessel servicing, timely delivery of ship supplies, and efficient communication between vessels, agents, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:Vessel & Port Coordination

  • Coordinate daily marine operations for vessels calling Fujairah anchorage/port.
  • Communicate with ship captains, agents, and suppliers regarding delivery schedules and operational requirements.
  • Arrange boarding passes, port passes, marine crew, and launch boat services when required.
  • Ensure all services and deliveries (ship spares, provisions, bonded items, technical items) are arranged on time.
  • Check, verify, and arrange Port Entry Passes for staff, drivers, and delivery teams before entering Fujairah Port.

Logistics & Delivery Support

  • Plan and schedule transportation, loading/offloading, and warehouse preparation for outgoing and incoming marine supplies.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams for packing, labeling, documentation, and dispatch.
  • Track delivery status and ensure timely reporting to management and clients.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare delivery notes, invoices, gate passes, port forms, and other operational documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Fujairah Port, Customs, and marine regulations.
  • Maintain accurate operational logs and daily activity reports.

Communication & Reporting

  • Maintain continuous communication with vessel agents, clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Update management on operational progress, delays, issues, and completed tasks.
  • Attend operational calls or meetings and provide required reports.

Problem-Solving & Execution

  • Handle urgent vessel requests, last-minute changes, or emergency operations.
  • Resolve operational challenges related to delivery, port permissions, logistics, or port entry.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marine operations (Fujairah experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of Fujairah anchorage operations, port rules, port entry pass procedures, and launch boat services.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
  • Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Email).
