What You'll Do (your daily mission):

  • Own client acquisition: identify, pitch, and win new clients across industries.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers.
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer closure.
  • Conduct outreach calls, meetings, and follow-ups to convert leads into active clients.
  • Act as the key point of contact for both clients and candidates.
  • Maintain CRM, pipeline, and weekly acquisition targets.
  • Represent the company at networking events and business platforms.

You Qualify If:

  • You come purely from the recruitment/staffing industry (non-negotiable).
  • You have strong experience in client acquisition & business development.
  • You can confidently pitch services, negotiate terms, and close clients.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • You manage both BD + recruitment delivery with ease.
  • You're based in Dubai or ready to relocate to where the action happens.
