Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Advisor to join its dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through property transactions, providing market insights, and representing the company with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on listings.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, including trends, pricing, and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Prepare and present property proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate offers and finalize agreements in alignment with company standards and UAE real estate laws.
  • Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal departments to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Manage and update property listings across company platforms.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or advisory roles, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi property laws, market dynamics, and investment opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
