Sales & Aftersales Manager – EV Motorcycles

Job Purpose:

To drive the growth of Wize Trading's EV motorcycle sales and aftersales operations across the UAE, ensuring seamless coordination between trading, leasing, and service ecosystems. The role focuses on strategic sales expansion, cost optimization in service operations, and strengthening workshop partnerships to support the rapid adoption of electric two-wheelers in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

• Lead sales operations for electric motorcycles across direct clients, dealers, and B2B partners (e.g. Talabat, Careem, 3PL companies).

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet annual targets and expand market share.

• Coordinate with Spark Lease and Wize Power to align trading and leasing strategies (CAPEX planning, pricing models, and subscription packages).

• Identify new distribution channels, corporate fleet customers, and reseller opportunities within the UAE.

• Manage customer relationships, proposals, and negotiation of commercial terms.

1. Aftersales & Service Network Management

• Establish and oversee authorized service network for EV motorcycles across major UAE cities.

• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance, warranty handling, and spare parts supply.

• Ensure timely availability of spare parts, consumables, and accessories through demand forecasting.

• Negotiate and onboard third-party workshops to expand the service footprint while maintaining quality standards.

• Train service partners and technicians on EV systems, diagnostics, and battery safety protocols.

1. Cost Optimization & Process Efficiency

• Continuously analyze and manage service cost structures to optimize maintenance and warranty expenses.

• Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve total cost of ownership (TCO).

• Track performance metrics (service turnaround time, parts consumption, failure rates) and introduce improvement plans.

• Coordinate with technical and supply chain teams to ensure efficient warranty claim handling and cost recovery.

• Contribute to the expansion roadmap of EV trading, leasing, and service operations across UAE emirates.

• Support business case development for new workshop partnerships, regional hubs, and logistics integration.

• Monitor UAE EV policies, RTA regulations, and incentives to align Wize Trading's strategy with national sustainability goals.

• Collaborate with MagnuVest and other partners on financial and operational models supporting market growth.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the vehicle life cycle.

• Implement digital tools and CRM processes for aftersales engagement and feedback tracking.

• Support marketing and communication activities related to product launches, demos, and service campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Automotive Management (MBA preferred).

• Minimum 5–8 years' experience in automotive sales and aftersales, ideally in EVs, motorcycles, or fleet operations.

• Strong understanding of electric powertrains, battery systems, and leasing models.

• Proven experience in service cost optimization and workshop partnership development.

• Excellent negotiation, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• UAE driving license required.
