Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic legal advice on fintech operations, payment systems, and financial compliance across the UAE and other key markets.

  • Manage and advise on investment portfolios, corporate structuring, and multi-jurisdictional entities.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, vendor contracts, and cross-border transactions.

  • Support senior management on corporate governance, risk assessment, and strategic partnerships.

  • Liaise with external counsel, regulatory authorities, and partners to ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank and international fintech standards.

  • Oversee day-to-day legal operations, ensuring efficient processes and risk mitigation across business units.

  • Provide guidance on new fintech initiatives, product launches, and expansion into new jurisdictions.
