Designation – Mortgage Consultant / Sr. Mortgage Consultant

Job responsibilities includes:

  1. Maintaining relationship with builders, Sub-Brokers & Real Estate Agencies

  2. Handling a team for selling and marketing Mortgage Products

  3. Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing the frontline sales team

  4. Focusing on Developer relationship and corporate tie-ups

  5. Promoting Urban Money brand in UAE Market

  6. Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.

  7. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals for smooth execution of sales.

  8. Analysing the latest marketing trends and tracking competitors- activities and providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning sales & marketing strategies.

  9. Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team member to ensure efficiency in service operations and meeting of individual & group targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3, AED10,000.00 per month
