We are seeking an experienced and client-focused
Mortgage Consultant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide clients through the complete mortgage process — from initial consultation to loan approval — ensuring they receive the best possible lending solutions based on their financial goals and property needs.

You will work closely with banks, financial institutions, and internal sales teams to provide accurate advice, secure competitive rates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on suitable
    mortgage and refinancing options
    based on their financial circumstances and property goals.
  • Evaluate clients' financial information, including income, liabilities, and credit history.
  • Liaise with
    banks and lenders
    to source the most competitive mortgage products.
  • Prepare and submit
    loan applications
    with all necessary supporting documentation.
  • Guide clients through the
    approval, valuation, and disbursement process
    .
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of
    UAE mortgage regulations
    , interest rates, and property market trends.
  • Collaborate with
    real estate agents, developers, and financial advisors
    to generate leads.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly
    sales and conversion targets
    .
  • Provide
    after-sales service
    and build long-term client relationships for referrals and repeat business.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a
    Mortgage Consultant / Advisor
    within real estate or banking.
  • Strong knowledge of
    mortgage products, credit policies, and banking procedures
    .
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and client service orientation.
  • Ability to work in a
    target-driven environment
    .
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
