LED Domain is opening its new state-of-the-art LED lighting factory in Umm Al Quwain, UAE.

We specialize in manufacturing a complete range of lighting solutions — including spotlights, downlights, bollard lights, and other LED products — serving both local and international markets.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Factory Manager to lead our new manufacturing operations, ensure efficient production, and maintain world-class quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee and manage all factory operations, production planning, and workflow coordination.


• Lead production teams to achieve performance targets in efficiency, quality, and output.


• Set up and implement production systems and processes for the new facility.


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.


• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and logistics departments to maintain smooth operations.


• Monitor production metrics, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement.


• Manage budgets, optimize costs, and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:


• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in factory or production management, preferably within the lighting, electrical, or related manufacturing industries.


• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and lean production methods.


• Experience in setting up or leading new production lines is a strong advantage.


• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.

Technical Skills (Preferred):


• Knowledge of LED assembly processes, lighting QC/testing, and production optimization tools.


• Familiarity with Lean / Six Sigma principles.


• Proficiency in production management systems (ERP / MRP).
