Position: Factory Foreman (Joinery Division)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: 3–5 Years (UAE Experience Preferred)

Job Description:

We are urgently looking for an experienced Factory Foreman with a strong background in Joinery works. The candidate should be capable of handling factory operations, managing workers, understanding joinery drawings, and reporting daily progress to management.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day joinery factory operations.
  • Manage and coordinate workers and production schedules.
  • Review and understand joinery drawings and ensure proper execution.
  • Monitor material usage and maintain work quality and productivity.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and communicate effectively with management.
  • Handle documentation and basic emailing related to production and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Joinery Factory (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of joinery materials, machines, and drawings.
  • Good communication and email writing/reporting skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage workers effectively.
  • Must be able to join immediately.
