Site Supervisor cum Driver – Duties & Responsibilities

Site Supervision:

  • Supervise daily construction or site operations and ensure work is completed according to plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate with workers, contractors, and suppliers for smooth site activities.
  • Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Inspect materials, tools, and equipment for proper usage and quality control.
  • Report daily progress, issues, and requirements to management.
  • Maintain site records, attendance, and work reports.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness at the site.
  • Assist in solving on-site technical or labor-related problems.

Driving Responsibilities:

  • Drive company vehicle to transport staff, materials, tools, and documents as required.
  • Ensure safe and timely transportation to and from sites or offices.
  • Maintain the vehicle in good condition by checking fuel, oil, tires, and cleanliness.
  • Follow traffic rules and company driving policies.
  • Keep records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
  • Report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support procurement of site materials when needed.

-Assist management with any assigned administrative or operational tasks.

-Ensure company property and equipment are properly handled.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
