Think Properties Real Estate is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to build, lead, and manage a high-performing team of 10–15 real estate agents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, recruiting and mentoring agents, achieving revenue targets, and strengthening the company's presence in Dubai's competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, build, and manage a sales team of 10–15 real estate agents
  • Set clear sales targets and ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly goals
  • Train, coach, and mentor agents to improve closing ratios and professionalism
  • Drive sales across off-plan, ready, residential, and luxury properties
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes
  • Monitor KPIs such as leads, conversions, site visits, and closures
  • Handle escalated client negotiations and high-value transactions
  • Build strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and investors
  • Ensure full compliance with RERA, DLD regulations, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate reporting and CRM discipline across the sales team
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications & Experiences:
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales
  • At least 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful sales teams
  • Strong understanding of Dubai real estate laws, RERA, and DLD processes
  • Experience in off-plan and secondary market sales preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
