About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our team and help enhance the interpersonal, communication, and professional competencies of our workforce. The ideal candidate is passionate about people development, possesses excellent facilitation skills, and can design engaging learning experiences that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs focused on soft skills, including:
  • Communication skills
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Leadership and people management
  • Customer service skills
  • Time management and productivity
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Conflict resolution
  • Presentation and public speaking
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and tailor training modules accordingly.
  • Facilitate interactive workshops, role-plays, and coaching sessions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain up-to-date training materials and incorporate innovative learning methodologies.
  • Work closely with HR and department leaders to support organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Corporate Trainer, L&D Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt training styles.
  • Certification in Training & Development (e.g., TTT, L&D Certifications) is a plus.
