Role Description

This is a 3 to 6-month contract, with scope to develop into a full-time role if required. The role will be a mainly an on-site role for a Corporate Soft Skills Trainer based in Dubai.

The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering a range of training programs, conducting workshops, facilitating leadership and behavioral skill sessions, and ensuring alignment with client needs.

We offer a wide range of solutions for our clients, so experience in a wide range of topics would be advantageous.

Additional responsibilities may include assessing training effectiveness, adapting material for different audiences, and fostering a collaborative learning environment. The Corporate Trainer will also play a key role in empowering professionals and supporting organizational performance.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Fluent and able to deliver training in English and Arabic.
  • Strong instructional design, training delivery, and facilitation skills
  • Experience with leadership coaching, strategic thinking, or behavioral coaching
  • Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and adapt methods as needed
  • Proficiency in using AI-driven or technology-enhanced learning tools is an advantage
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as Gazing - Red2Blue or Celemi is preferred
  • A bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Psychology, or related fields would be an advantage, but not essential.
