Jewellery Sales Executive

As a Jewellery Sales Executive at Bafleh Jewellery, your primary responsibility is to drive sales by delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining strong client relationships, and showcasing in-depth product knowledge. You are expected to consistently meet performance goals, support store operations, and contribute to the overall success and reputation of the brand. Your continued role reflects the trust placed in your ability to represent our values and deliver a premium shopping experience.
Sales Generation: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that meet their preferences and budget.
Customer Service: Provide personalized service to every customer, ensuring a positive shopping experience from initial contact through to post-purchase follow-up.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Bafleh Jewellery's product range, including materials, craftsmanship, and design trends, to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve sales goals, contribute to product merchandising decisions, and participate in promotional activities.
Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management, sales reporting, and cash handling.
Greet the Customer:
Welcome customers to the Jewellery store with a friendly and professional manner.
Create a positive first impression by providing excellent customer service.
Find the Customer Needs:
Engage with customers to understand their preferences, style, and Jewellery requirements.
Ask open-ended questions to determine their tastes, occasion, and budget.
Use active listening skills to identify and anticipate customer needs.
Meet the Customer Needs:
Showcase a wide range of Jewellery products, highlighting their features and benefits.
Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers based on their preferences and requirements.
Assist customers in trying on different Jewellery pieces and provide guidance in making the right selection. Offer styling suggestions and insights to enhance the customer's overall experience.
