Job Description:

Borsuk Business, a dynamic and fast-growing company specializing in documents clearing services in Dubai, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Compliance & Documentation Officer
to oversee document accuracy, regulatory compliance, and internal procedures related to client onboarding and information processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, excellent command of English, and the ability to develop efficient documentation processes and policies for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance & KYC


• Develop and implement the company's KYC policy for client information handling and verification.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines regarding client data processing.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance requirements relevant to the documents clearing sector.

Documentation & Quality Control


• Review and validate all documents prepared or issued by the company for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.


• Create, draft, and update company documents, including contracts, agreements, and official letters.


• Establish and implement structured processes for the transfer and handling of company documents and funds between employees and clients.

Process Development & Management


• Design and improve internal workflows related to document management and client transactions.


• Monitor adherence to established procedures and recommend improvements for efficiency and risk mitigation.


• Maintain secure and organized documentation systems for internal and external use.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (Legal background required).


• Excellent command of written and spoken English.


• Strong attention to detail with exceptional accuracy in reviewing documents.


• Ability to create structured policies, procedures, and professional documentation.


• Strong organizational and analytical thinking skills.


• Experience in compliance, legal documentation, or document control is an advantage.
