Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all stakeholder coordination activities for design and construction phases of building and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi authority requirements, standards, regulations, and approval processes.
- Manage authority submissions, including preparation, review, tracking, and follow-up with relevant agencies (ADM, ADQCC, ADSSC, ADDC, EAD, Civil Defense, etc.).
- Maintain strong relationships with government authorities, consultants, and contractors to facilitate timely approvals.
- Coordinate between design teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities to resolve technical or procedural issues.
- Support project teams in meeting regulatory timelines and streamlining approval cycles.
- Provide expert guidance on local codes, submission procedures, and regulatory frameworks specific to Abu Dhabi.
- Prepare stakeholder management plans, communication strategies, and progress reports.
- Participate in meetings with authorities and represent the project in regulatory discussions.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 2 years as a Stakeholder Manager in a related field.
- Extensive, proven experience with Abu Dhabi authority requirements and submission procedures for both design and construction activities.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory processes and standards within Abu Dhabi for building and infrastructure projects.
- Prior experience working with consultants and contractors is essential.
- Consultancy background is required.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and handle multiple authority submissions simultaneously.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
