Lead civil and transport infrastructure drainage design for complex projects

Perform detailed analysis and review of hydrological and hydraulic models

Provide technical expertise for drainage and stormwater quality systems including piped networks and major transverse drainage structures

Deliver hydraulic and system designs tailored to site-specific requirements

Apply biological and physical stormwater management principles in design solutions

Introduce innovative approaches, digital delivery methods, and value engineering solutions

Supervise, mentor, and support intermediate and junior engineers

Undertake hydrologic modeling, calculations, drawings, reports, design reviews, and supervision

Lead projects with high accountability, build strong client relationships, and obtain design approvals

Coordinate closely with CAD, BIM, and 3D modeling teams to ensure integrated delivery

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Civil, Hydraulic, or Environmental Engineering

Minimum 15 years of experience in water engineering, including stormwater drainage design for civil and transport projects

Minimum 9 years of regional experience with strong familiarity with Dubai Municipality standards

Demonstrated leadership experience on complex drainage and infrastructure projects

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within defined timelines
