You will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate complex problems into production-ready AI systems with real commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    end-to-end development of AI/ML solutions
    , from problem definition and data exploration through to deployment and optimisation
  • Define AI architecture, model selection, and technical strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Design, train, evaluate, and deploy
    machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI models
  • Oversee model performance, scalability, monitoring, and continuous improvement in production environments
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to embed AI capabilities into customer-facing platforms
  • Mentor and guide junior AI/ML engineers and data scientists, setting best practices and coding standards
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of AI innovation

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in
    AI / Machine Learning / Data Science
    , with at least 2+ years in a
    lead or senior technical role
  • Strong expertise in
    Python
    and AI/ML frameworks such as
    TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn
  • Proven experience with
    deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or generative AI (LLMs)
  • Strong understanding of data pipelines, feature engineering, model evaluation, and MLOps
  • Experience deploying AI models into
    production environments
    (cloud or on-prem)
  • Solid knowledge of
    cloud platforms
    (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and scalable architectures
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
