We are committed to achieving the highest standards in project execution and are looking for a qualified QA/QC Engineer to ensure quality assurance and control throughout our projects.

Job Summary:

The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality systems and procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements. The engineer will coordinate with project teams to inspect materials, workmanship, and processes, and ensure the delivery of defect-free installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and inspection plans for HVAC and MEP works.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Review drawings, material submittals, and test plans for completeness and adherence to requirements.
  • Monitor materials, equipment, and workmanship for compliance with technical and safety standards.
  • Prepare inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action plans.
  • Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations during inspections.
  • Assist in the preparation of quality control documentation for project closeout and handover.
  • Maintain inspection logs, checklists, and records as per company and project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in HVAC or construction projects (UAE/GCC preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, codes, and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.).
  • Experience in inspection procedures, testing methods, and site auditing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, report writing, and document control systems.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve quality-related challenges efficiently.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • UAE driving license is an advantage.
