  • Develop and implement sales strategies for target export markets.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Present and execute an effective sales and budget plan for assigned territories.
  • Work closely with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock management.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics in the assigned regions.
  • Provide market feedback and intelligence to management to support decision-making.
  • Represent Polytec Masterbatch LLC in international exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and performance analysis.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven sales experience in masterbatch sales (mandatory).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of masterbatch products, plastic processing, and related applications.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic speaking is preferred.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of successful sales in designated export markets.
