About the Role:

We are hiring a highly experienced
Financial Controller
for a leading company in the Insurance – TPA sector. This is a
senior leadership role
responsible for end-to-end financial management, regulatory compliance, risk control, and strategic decision support. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, ensuring governance, and partnering with leadership on growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes in line with IFRS and CBUAE standards.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance, VAT, and corporate tax requirements.
  • Establish strong internal controls and risk management frameworks.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, capital planning, and banking relationships.
  • Partner with internal teams to align financial planning with business performance.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Certifications:
    CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA required.
  • Experience:
  • 10–12 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
  • 3–5 years in a senior finance role within insurance, TPA, or healthcare finance.
  • Hands-on experience with CBUAE reporting, compliance, and financial operations.
  • Skills:
    Advanced knowledge of IFRS, UAE tax laws, ERP systems, and strategic financial planning.

Preferred:

  • Experience with TPA operations, claims accounting, and provider payments.
  • Exposure to financial transformation, automation, or system upgrades.
