Our team is a diverse and nimble group that manages Apple's retail stores, workplaces, and workplace services. We develop and manage Apple's global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world.
Description
As a Facility Manager for select countries in Middle East u0026 Africa, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations across multiple corporate offices and engineering sites. This role is critical in ensuring our facilities consistently meet Apple's high standards for operational excellence, efficiency, and employee experience.
Minimum Qualifications
Extensive experience in facility and project management, specifically within the Middle East u0026 Africa region.nDeep expertise in project management principles, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management for projects of varying sizes.nExcellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization, including senior management, partners, and customers.nExcellent verbal and written English proficiency.nAbility to travel regularly throughout your assigned region.n

Highly motivated and service-oriented approach, dedicated to providing best-in-class Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services.nExcellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.nDemonstrated ability to bring cross-functional teams together (e.g., Security, ISu0026T, Finance, Corporate Communications, Procurement) to ensure standard methodologies and continual process improvement.nStrong and timely reporting ability, ensuring accuracy in both written and verbal communication.nDegree qualified in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Architecture, Business).n
