Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled 
Google & Meta Ads Specialist
 to join our digital team.

The successful candidate will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, analyze data, and collaborate with our creative and strategy departments to ensure measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns across 
    Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
     and 
    Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
    .
  • Conduct keyword and audience research to improve campaign performance.
  • Set up and maintain 
    conversion tracking
     using 
    Google Tag Manager
    , 
    Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
    , and 
    Meta Pixel
    .
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns to improve engagement, click-through, and conversion rates.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure all campaigns follow each platform's advertising policies and brand guidelines.
  • Stay informed about the latest updates and tools within Google and Meta advertising ecosystems.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience
     managing Google and Meta ad campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage 
    monthly budgets between AED 30K – 100K+
     effectively.
  • Proficiency with 
    Google Ads Manager
    , 
    Meta Ads Manager
    , 
    GA4
    , and 
    Tag Manager
    .
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data accurately.
  • Google Ads
     and/or 
    Meta Blueprint certifications
     preferred.
  • Experience working with service-based or e-commerce businesses is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
