Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Google Ads and Meta Ads Specialist for an on-site role in Dubai. The specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms. Key responsibilities include keyword research, campaign design, audience targeting, performance monitoring, and analysis to ensure campaigns meet set KPIs. The role also includes budget management, conducting A/B testing, and staying updated with changes in advertising trends and platform algorithms.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in managing Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and audience targeting
  • Strong expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, audience segmentation, retargeting, and performance analytics
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and landing page best practices
  • Experience in handling marketing budgets and optimizing ROI
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
  • Relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
