Al Rasikhoon Real Estate is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with at least 5 years of UAE experience, ideally in the construction or engineering consultancy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance, and maintaining financial accuracy within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Statements:

  • Prepare and ensure accurate financial statements that comply with UAE regulations.
  • Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Transaction Management:

  • Oversee daily financial transactions, including 
    accounts payable and receivable
    .
  • Post 
    journal entries
     and manage 
    fixed assets
     accurately.

Reconciliation & Compliance:

  • Conduct 
    bank reconciliations
     and maintain an accurate 
    general ledger
    .
  • Ensure 
    VAT filings and financial compliance
     are handled efficiently.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies with subcontractors and material suppliers.

Month-End & Audit Support:

  • Perform 
    month-end closing procedures
     to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Support 
    external audits and financial reviews
    .

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years in accounting within the UAE, preferably in construction or engineering consultancy.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, ERP systems, and MS Office.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
