Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Controller to oversee project cost management across our luxury and high-rise developments, ensuring financial accuracy, efficiency and strategic control throughout all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop, implement and manage cost control systems, processes and reporting structures for multiple large-scale projects.


• Monitor project budgets, commitments, expenditures and forecasts to ensure alignment with approved financial targets.


• Track and analyze cost deviations and provide early warnings and corrective action plans to project leadership.


• Coordinate with estimation, procurement, planning and site teams to validate cost-to-complete and maintain accurate cost reporting.


• Review and verify variation orders, claims, invoices and payment certificates to ensure compliance with contracts and budgets.


• Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts and financial dashboards for management review.


• Support tender reviews, value engineering exercises and contract negotiations from a cost control perspective.


• Maintain an up-to-date project cost database and ensure full auditability of all cost-related documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:


• 10–12+ years of experience in cost control within high-rise, mixed-use or large-scale construction projects.


• Strong understanding of cost management principles, project accounting, forecasting and financial controls.


• Hands-on experience with cost control software/systems such as CCS Candy, ERP platforms or equivalent tools.


• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to evaluate variations, claims and contractual cost impacts.


• Proven experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced project environments.


• Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills.


• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Finance, Engineering or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
