About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst with a strong background in finance and an excellent command of numbers. The ideal candidate will possess proven expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and exposure monitoring, along with a solid understanding of forex trading operations and risk management principles.

The role requires an individual who can analyze data efficiently, maintain accuracy under pressure, and provide insightful reports to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control trading exposure across MT4/MT5 and other platforms to ensure all risks remain within defined internal and regulatory thresholds.
  • Track, analyze, and report on daily profit/loss, margin utilization, and exposure concentrations across asset classes.
  • Evaluate financial trends and forecast potential risk scenarios based on market volatility, liquidity conditions, and price fluctuations.
  • Assess the impact of market movements on firm-wide profitability and recommend mitigation strategies when necessary.
  • Review and supervise client trading activity to detect irregular patterns, excessive risk-taking, or abusive trading behaviors such as arbitrage or manipulation.
  • Reconcile internal exposure and P&L reports against liquidity provider and platform data to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports on financial performance, exposure metrics, and trading risks to management.
  • Provide actionable insights on exposure, liquidity, profitability, and overall risk to support decision-making by senior management and compliance teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with financial reporting standards .
  • Coordinate closely with Finance, Operations, and Compliance teams to support audit readiness, financial reconciliation, and timely reporting.
  • Contribute to the refinement of dealing procedures and continuous improvement of risk monitoring and reporting systems

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, risk management, or trading operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial data analysis tools.
  • Good understanding of forex trading concepts, MT4/MT5 platforms, and A/B book exposure models.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills – mandatory.
  • Excellent numerical reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and reporting abilities with a proactive, analytical mindset
