Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis for real estate development projects.
  • Analyze project budgets, cash flows, ROI, and profitability to support decision-making.
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and external stakeholders.
  • Support feasibility studies and investment assessments for new projects.
  • Monitor project costs, variances, and financial risks; provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with Development, Sales, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Participate in preparing business plans, investment memorandums, and project evaluations.
  • Assist with internal audits, compliance checks, and financial controls.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's/CFA is a plus).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, ideally in Real Estate or Construction.
  • Strong command of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP/financial systems is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
