Role Description

We are seeking a
Salesforce Administrator
to manage, support, and continuously improve our Salesforce CRM environment. This is a
mid-level role
based in
Abu Dhabi
, ideal for a professional with hands-on Salesforce experience who can independently manage day-to-day administration while supporting business users across the sales lifecycle.

The Salesforce Administrator will act as the primary system owner, ensuring Salesforce is stable, well-configured, and aligned with business processes from lead management through deal closure and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring system stability and performance
  • Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings, workflows
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows
  • Support the full sales lifecycle within Salesforce, from lead creation to opportunity closure
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across leads, accounts, contacts, and opportunities
  • Monitor and manage data quality, including duplicate management and data cleanup
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support sales, management, and leadership visibility
  • Act as the first point of contact for Salesforce user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Gather business requirements from users and translate them into Salesforce configurations
  • Coordinate with external Salesforce vendors or consultants when needed
  • Support system enhancements, releases, testing, and user adoption initiatives
  • Maintain Salesforce documentation, processes, and best practices

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
  • Strong practical knowledge of
    Salesforce CRM
    (Sales Cloud mandatory)
  • Experience managing users, security, workflows, and reports in Salesforce
  • Good understanding of sales processes and CRM best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site, business-focused environment
  • Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical users
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is a strong advantage
