Job Summary

We are a leading immigration consulting firm urgently seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage our Abu Dubai office operations and provide essential support, ensuring a smooth process for our clients seeking visas and residency in countries like Canada, Australia, and the UK.

Key Responsibilities

The Office Administrator will be crucial to the efficient running of the office, with duties including:

  • Front Desk & Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact, managing incoming calls, emails, and greeting clients.
  • Document Management: Maintain client files (physical and electronic) with the highest level of confidentiality and accuracy. Assist in the preparation and submission of administrative documents related to visa applications.
  • Office Operations: Manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the office premises are clean and functional.
  • Administrative Support: Assist Immigration Consultants with scheduling, data entry, and preparing client assessment reports.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client payments and internal expenditures.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Office Administrator)

  • Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of administrative or office support experience. Experience in an Immigration, Legal, or Consultancy environment is a strong plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Team Leader Skills: Manage the staff and organize the office decorum.
  • Language: Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in English or another common language (e.g., Hindi, Punjabi) is an advantage.
  • Personal Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, highly trustworthy, and professional demeanor for handling sensitive client information.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Sales Executive)

  • Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Customer Focus: Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions.

We can consider freshers with good Hindi, English communication and tele-calling skills.
