Junior Site Engineer
, you will play a foundational role in supporting the site engineering team. Working closely with Senior Engineers and construction leads, you'll assist in day-to-day coordination, documentation, and inspections while learning best practices in site management, quality assurance, and HSE compliance.

About Your Team

You will report to the
Senior Site Engineer
, collaborating with project management, foremen, subcontractors, and support functions. Your role will provide an essential link between planning, execution, and compliance—helping drive technical accuracy on the ground.

Your Role

As a Junior Site Engineer, you will:

• Review technical drawings, method statements, and inspection plans under supervision.
• Support site inspections, QA/QC submissions, and document control processes.
• Track progress reports and assist with daily logs and engineering updates.
• Help monitor compliance with HSE protocols on site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal stakeholders for daily work activities.
• Participate in short-term planning meetings, toolbox talks, and site walkdowns.
• Support the development of red-line/as-built drawings.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate site records and supporting project delivery.
• Learn and apply ALEC standards through real-time project exposure.

What We're Looking For

• Experience
  : 5+ years in a site-based construction or engineering environment preferred.
• Education
  : Diploma or qualification in a relevant discipline (civil, mechanical, or related).
• Technical Acumen
  : Basic understanding of drawings, quality procedures, and construction documentation.
• Systems
  : Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Exposure to construction software is a plus.
• Mindset
  : Eager to learn, proactive, and committed to teamwork and quality.
• Certifications
  : First Aider certification required.
• Soft Skills
  : Clear communicator with strong organisational skills and a solution-driven attitude.
