Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through online platforms, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and contact potential candidates for initial assessments
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Follow up with candidates and keep them updated throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain organized records of applicants and job postings
  • Support company hiring goals and make sure roles are filled on time

Requirements

  • Can communicate well in English and Arabic
  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of applicants
  • Able to identify strong profiles quickly
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines
  • Works well with different departments

What We Offer
