We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment activities for the organization. This role requires someone who can work closely with leadership, understand business needs, and implement effective hiring strategies that attract top-tier talent. Position reports to Head of HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the full-cycle recruitment process across functions and levels.
  • Experience in hiring across Middle East, Africa and Asia would be a big plus.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (both direct and agency-led).

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
  • 5 - 8 years of progressive experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
  • Experience in hiring across Middle East, Africa and Asia would be a big plus.
  • Strong exposure to consulting, advisory, or professional services recruitment preferred.
