Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Secondary Market Property Consultant specializing in the Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) area. The Property Consultant is responsible for identifying client needs, presenting suitable properties, negotiating deals, and managing the buying, selling, or leasing process. This role requires ensuring client satisfaction by providing exceptional consulting and customer service. Additionally, achieving sales targets and staying up-to-date with the latest market trends in the JVC area is essential to the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise to guide clients through the property buying, selling, and leasing processes
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain client relationships
  • Proven experience in Sales and negotiating deals within the real estate sector
  • Proficiency in understanding the real estate market, particularly in Dubai and the JVC area
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Valid UAE driving license is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
