Are you an experienced recruitment professional passionate about connecting outstanding talent with exciting opportunities in the leisure and entertainment industry? We're seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our team, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, driving strategic employer branding initiatives, and ensuring exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, ranging from sourcing to onboarding, within the leisure and entertainment industry.
  • Manage a high-volume recruitment, ensuring roles are filled in a timely and efficient manner without compromising on quality.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates, streamline workflows, and manage recruitment data effectively.
  • Recommend employer branding strategies, working to build and promote a strong employer value proposition to attract top talent in a competitive market.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and provide insightful recommendations.
Desired Candidate Profile

Key Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in high-volume hiring. (Preferred in-house recruitment)
  • Extensive experience with ATS systems to streamline recruitment processes and maintain data accuracy.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employer branding, with the ability to communicate the organization's value proposition to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to adapt strategies to a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Prior experience working closely with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies and achieve team hiring goals.
