Job Description:

Our Dental Clinic is seeking a proactive and motivated Outdoor Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team full-time. The role involves promoting our dental services, generating new patient leads, and building long-term relationships with individuals, companies, and community partners. This is a performance-driven role, ideal for candidates who are confident, target-oriented, and passionate about healthcare marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit potential clients, companies, and communities to promote dental treatments and services.
  • Generate new patient inquiries, follow up with prospects, and ensure patient conversion.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales/marketing targets set by the clinic.
  • Distribute marketing materials and professionally represent the dental clinic brand.
  • Build and maintain strong corporate and patient relationships.
  • Report on market trends, patient feedback, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in dental awareness campaigns, health fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in healthcare or dental clinic sales/marketing is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain dental services clearly.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Professional appearance and patient-friendly attitude.
  • Good knowledge of the Dubai healthcare market and community networks.
  • Russian or Arabic-speaking female candidates are highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2, AED5,000.00 per month
