Admin Officer

Job Summary
The Admin Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning. The role requires proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, fluency in English, and strong coordination skills. Experience in procurement activities will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative and office operations
- Maintain and manage records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
- Handle official correspondence, emails, and reports professionally
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and administrative procurement activities
- Assist in procurement processes including vendor coordination, purchase orders, and follow-ups
- Use ERP systems for data entry, reporting, and administrative tracking
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Office
- Support management with scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
- Provide administrative support to HR and Finance teams as required
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
- Good organizational, coordination, and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in an administrative role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4, AED6,000.00 per month
