Profile Summary:

Result-oriented Project Manager with 7–10 years of experience in managing Protection & Control Panel and Medium/Low Voltage Switchgear projects from design to delivery. Demonstrated expertise in project planning, execution, customer coordination, and cross-functional management, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client expectations, and achieve revenue and invoicing targets in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of projects involving protection and control systems, substation automation, and switchgear assemblies.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
  • Interface with customers, consultants, and utilities for technical clarifications, progress reviews, and project approvals.
  • Monitor project schedules, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Prepare and track project budgets, invoices, and payment milestones, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
  • Manage FAT activities, site coordination, and post-delivery support.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project execution practices and team performance.

Qualification:
