Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for civil works.
  • Manage and administer contracts, including measurement, variations, and claims.
  • Monitor project costs and progress against budgets.
  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess work progress and verify contractor claims.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants on project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, specifications, and regulations.
  • Provide commercial advice and cost analysis to support project decision-making.
  • Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate competitive rates.
  • Prepare monthly valuations, progress claims, and final accounts.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor junior QS staff when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil building construction projects.
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., CCS, Candy, Excel).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15, AED18,000.00 per month
